  • Service Not Provided: If a service, such as a job placement, resume review, or career counseling session, was not provided as agreed upon, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service provided (e.g., resume building, job matching) within 07 days of service delivery, you may request a refund. Specific conditions apply, such as the completion of a feedback survey or communication with our support team.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge upon verification.
  • Cancellation by the Company: If we cancel or fail to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund for any pre-paid services that have not been rendered.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Job Placement Fees: Once a candidate has been placed with an employer, the placement fee becomes non-refundable, as the service has been successfully completed.
  • Consultation Fees: Payments made for one-time consultations, coaching sessions, or training programs are typically non-refundable.
  • Subscription Fees: For services that are subscription-based (e.g., monthly job alerts, job application services), fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your name, email address, and account information.
  • The service or product you’re requesting a refund for.
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 07 business days.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take 07 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of the service was provided, we may issue a partial refund for the portion of the service not delivered.

Late or Missing Refunds
